If you have an account in “good credit standing,” you are eligible to participate. An account in “good credit standing” is one in which the account does not have a deliquent past due balance or a disconnection notice.
If you are in a current agreement with an energy supplier, you can switch suppliers but they will most likely charge you an early termination fee.
